If jam from other berries has long become familiar, then jam from grapes can still surprise. For some reason, many have not yet tasted such a delicacy, although grapes are very affordable at the height of the season. Today I want to share with you my favorite recipe from the Isabella variety.

Ingredients

  • Grapes (Isabella) – 1 kg
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Sugar - 1 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pick the grapes from the twigs, add water and bring to a boil.

Boil for 10 minutes and mash or beat with a blender.

Add sugar to taste and boil the jam for 30 minutes on low heat.

Roll it up in sterilized jars for the winter.
