- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrots - 100 g
- Cranberries - 100 g
- Dill (seeds) – 10 g
- Sugar - 1 art.l.
- Salt - 100 g
- Bay leaf - 1 handful
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Thinly chop the cabbage and grate the carrots. Go through the cranberries.
Mix cabbage and carrots with sugar, salt, dill seeds and other spices to taste. Mash with your hands.
Put bay leaves in sterilized jars.
Lay the cabbage in layers, alternating it with cranberries and lavrushka.
Tamp the cabbage and leave it under pressure in a warm place until foam appears.
Pierce it to the bottom with a wooden skewer every day.
After 5-7 days, send the cabbage for storage in a cool place.
