Unripe pears are great for making jam with a bright aroma and delicate taste. The addition of cinnamon and citric acid makes the jam more saturated and fragrant. And how to cook everything correctly and effortlessly – I will tell you in detail further in the recipe.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the pears into thin slices.

Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.

Pour the syrup over the pears and leave to cool.

Bring them to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.

Let cool again. Then boil for another 20 minutes.

If the pears remain firm, repeat the previous step again.

At the end of the last cooking, add cinnamon and citric acid.
