Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2,5 kg
- Black Currant - 200 g
- Currant leaves - 6 pieces
- Bay leaf - 3 pieces
- Black Pepper - 8 peas
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 80 g
- Salt - 60 g
- Water (filtered) – 2,2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put spices, currant leaves and berries, cucumbers in jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and salt.
Boil for 2 minutes, add vinegar and remove from heat.
Pour the marinade into jars, roll it up, turn it upside down and leave it in a warm place for a day.
