Each hostess adjusts recipes to her taste. But it happens that everything is just perfect and you don't want to change anything at all. So it happened to me with this recipe. Lagman with pork, potatoes and noodles has become my family's favorite dish!
Ingredients
- Pork (collar) – 400 g
- Noodles - 300 g
- Potatoes - 300 g
- Tomatoes - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Carrots (average) – 1 piece
- Onion - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
- Black Pepper - 4 peas
- Hop-suneli - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Water (filtered) – 1.5 l
- Parsley (for submission) – 4 twigs
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop pork, tomatoes, parsley, peeled potatoes, bell peppers, carrots and onions.
Heat the oil in a cauldron, pour in the pork and brown well on all sides.
Add carrots, onions and continue cooking until the onion is golden brown.
Add tomatoes, bell pepper and fry for another 7-10 minutes.
Add potatoes, suneli hops and black pepper peas. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring the meat and vegetables.
Pour in hot water, add salt, cover and simmer for 50 minutes over low heat.
In a separate saucepan, boil the noodles until cooked according to the instructions on the package.
Arrange noodles on plates, add soup with meat and vegetables, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
