Fill the meat with water and boil until tender. Strain the broth if desired.
Add potatoes to the boiling broth and cook for about 10 minutes.
Fry the chopped onion with grated carrots until soft and send it to the pan.
Send the shredded cabbage there as well.
Separately fry the grated beetroot, pour in the vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and simmer for the same amount. Send the mass to the broth.
