- Cherry - 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Citric acid - on the tip of the knife
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the cherries, rinse and pour into the bowl of the slow cooker.
Add sugar and citric acid. Close the lid and set the "Extinguishing" mode for 2 hours.
Put the hot jam in the prepared jars, close the lids and leave it warm for a day.
