We have several large apple trees growing in our dacha, so every year I try different recipes for blanks. I really liked making jam from apples with dried apricots. Since dried fruits are sweet, you will need a little sugar. I tell you the recipe in detail.

Cut the apples into quarters, peel the seeds and chop.

Place the workpiece in a saucepan of a suitable size, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Apples should stand at room temperature for two hours.

Wash dried apricots, pour boiling water and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Drain the water, cut the dried apricots into small pieces and pour them into a saucepan with apples.

Boil everything together for 30 minutes, put it in sterilized jars and roll it up.
