At the height of the summer season, I prefer to roll up not only vegetables and fruits, but also greens in cans. Still, it is more difficult to get a fresh and beautiful bundle in winter, and so it will always be at hand. Dill with garlic for the winter will perfectly complement salads, snacks, soups and main dishes.

Ingredients

  • Dill (chopped) – 2 glasses
  • Garlic - 10 teeth
  • Lemon - 1 piece
  • Olive oil - 100 ml
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Chop the dill with garlic in a blender.

Add the lemon zest and juice, add salt and pour in the oil.

Whisk everything with a blender again.

Put the mass into sterile jars and store it in the refrigerator or in the cellar.
