Ingredients
- Grapes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
- Wine vinegar - 400 ml
- Ground ginger - 5 g
- Carnation - 2.5 g
- Allspice - 5 peas
- Garlic - 10 g
- Chili pepper - 5 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the grapes and chop them with a blender.
Grind the puree through a sieve if desired.
Bring it to a boil and boil for 20 minutes on low heat.
Add all the remaining ingredients and boil the sauce for another half hour.
Roll it up for the winter in sterilized jars.
