Ingredients
- Yoshta - 3 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort the yoshtu, rinse thoroughly and put it in a saucepan.
Cover with sugar and leave for 3-5 hours.
Put the pan on low heat and boil for 10 minutes.
Add citric acid, boil for another 2 minutes and close in prepared jars.
