Rinse the beans, pour cold water and put them aside for 4 hours.

Peel and slice the bell peppers and onions.

Mix the chopped vegetables, tomato paste, salt, sugar and butter. Boil everything together for 10 minutes.

Add the beans and cook for another 40 minutes.

Add garlic and spices passed through the press. Simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, mix and arrange in sterilized jars. Roll up, turn upside down and wrap up for a day with a thick towel.
