- Water - 2 l
- Vermicelli - 200 g
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil salted water, add the vermicelli and boil until tender. The exact cooking time is indicated by the manufacturer on the package.
Flip the vermicelli into a colander, rinse and mix with butter.
In a separate saucepan, boil the milk, add sugar, vanilla and boil everything together for 5 minutes.
Add the finished noodles, stir and turn off after 1 minute. Infuse the milk soup under the lid for another 10 minutes.
