Traditionally, mojito is a summer drink. But in fact, it can be beaten in very different ways. So if you first of all appreciate its taste, and not the very atmosphere of relaxation with a glass of cocktail or lemonade on the beach, try this compote. I'm telling you how to roll it up for the winter.

Ingredients

  • Water - 3 l
  • Lime (or lemon) – 4 pieces
  • Brown Sugar - 400 g
  • Mint - 8 twigs

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Arrange the sliced limes and mint into sterilized jars.

Pour boiling water and leave for 10 minutes under the lids.

Drain this water and boil it again with sugar.

Pour back and roll up the mojito for the winter.
