For a real summer jam made of nectarines with pits, I used only ripe fruits. Due to the bones, this recipe is very original, and the taste differs significantly from similar preparations. At the same time, it is an easy and quick jam. It is perfect for breakfast and snacks.
Ingredients
- Nectarine (small) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 1 kg
- Water - 300 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil the syrup for 5 minutes.
Pour them over the nectarines and let them cool.
Bring the jam to a boil and boil for 20 minutes.
Put them in sterile jars, sterilize them for another 10 minutes and roll them up for the winter.
