If there are different fruits, but there are not many of them, prepare a Multi-fruit compote. In my version, juicy apples, fragrant tangerines, pears and plums are harmoniously combined. Refreshing lemon completes the composition with citrus sourness.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel apples, pears, plums and cut into small pieces.

Scald tangerines, lemon with boiling water, peel, white films and cut.

Put the fruit in the prepared jars, filling no more than half.

Pour boiling water to the top, cover with lids and put aside for 20-30 minutes.

Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 3 minutes.

Pour boiling syrup into fruit jars and roll up.
