Ingredients
- Pollock (fillet) – 1 kg
- Tomato paste - 3 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Black Pepper - 5 peas
- Allspice - 2 peas
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 30 g
- Water - 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the pollock fillet into small pieces.
Put the pieces of pollock and spices into the prepared jars. Don't forget to leave a third of the jar free.
Boil water with sugar and salt. Add tomato paste, oil and immediately remove from heat.
Pour the marinade into jars with pollock and place in a saucepan with hot water.
Sterilize for 1.5 hours, carefully remove and roll up.
