Solyanka with champignons is not only a delicious dish for every day, but also a good preparation for the future, if properly rolled up in jars. The cooking technology is almost no different from winter salads, and you get a ready-made dish.
Ingredients
- Cabbage - 3 kg
- Carrots - 500 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Champignons - 1.5 kg
- Vinegar - 0.25 glasses
- Vegetable oil - 250 ml
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 0.5 glasses
- Tomato sauce - 250 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Randomly chop the champignons and boil them for 5-7 minutes.
Chop the cabbage, grate the carrots, chop the onion and add all the other ingredients to the vegetables.
Bring everything together to a boil and simmer for 1.5-2 hours over low heat, stirring.
Roll up the hodgepodge in sterile jars.
