For this recipe, I prefer to use fragrant herbs and peanuts or a nut mix with hazelnuts, almonds and cashews. Both options are very good. But remember that there should not be too many nuts in the chicken roll, otherwise it will keep its shape worse.

- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Nuts - 100 g
- Greenery - 4 twigs
- Garlic - 4 cloves
- Spices and seasonings - 2 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Spread out and chop off the chicken pieces so that you get a solid thin layer. Rub it with spices.
Finely chop the herbs and garlic, coarsely chop the nuts. Put the filling on the chicken.
Roll up a tight roll, wrap it in foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 190 degrees.
