Classic cottage cheese casserole with raisins in the oven

Such an airy cottage cheese casserole with raisins can rightfully be called a dessert. It has a wonderful mousse texture, which can be achieved thanks to a special sequence of steps in the preparation of the base. I'll tell you more later!
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 450 g
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Sugar (or substitute) – 3 tbsp.l .
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Starch - 25 g
- Raisins - 80 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the raisins with water and leave for 10 minutes.
Grind cottage cheese with sour cream, starch and yolks with a blender.
Beat the whites with sugar with a mixer to peaks. Gently insert them into the curd mass with a silicone spatula from the bottom up.
Add the raisins and put the mass into the mold.
Bake the casserole in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
