Everything is clear with vegetable caviar, but what about mushroom caviar? Moreover, it turns out completely different every time, depending on which mushrooms you take. This time I'm sharing a recipe for blueberries – delicious, simple and easy.

Rinse the blueberries, boil for 20 minutes in boiling water and pass through a meat grinder.

Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and fry until soft in half the oil. Also pass through the meat grinder.

Separately pass tomatoes through a meat grinder. Mix with the roast, mushrooms, remaining oil, salt and pepper.

Simmer the caviar for about an hour, pour in the vinegar, mix and roll into sterile jars.
