For the winter, you can roll up not only salads and snacks, but also full-fledged main dishes. And even the first – for example, here is a pea soup with tomato paste. Such a billet will repeatedly help save time and effort in the future.
Ingredients
- Peas - 200 g
- Bell pepper - 300 g
- Carrots - 200 g
- Onion - 200 g
- Tomato paste - 100 g
- Allspice - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 3 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 40 ml
- Water - 1 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-fill the peas with water overnight.
Randomly chop the vegetables. Fry the onion and carrot until soft.
Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
Add the tomato and a little water, stir and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Boil the peas in a liter of water until tender and add the roast and all the other ingredients to it.
Boil the soup for another 15 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
