Peel and cut the pike into pieces. Marinate it for 1-1.5 hours in salt and spices to taste.

Lightly fry the fish on all sides in oil and send it to the pan.

Separately fry the chopped onion and carrot, and send it there as well.

Peel the tomatoes, chop them with a blender and season the tomato.

Pour the pike with vegetables, bring everything to a boil and simmer for an hour on low heat.

Roll the canned food into sterile jars.
