Ingredients
- Chokeberry - 300 g
- Apples - 400 g
- Sugar - 300 g
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.l .
- Water - 2-2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices and put them with rowan in clean jars.
Pour boiling water and let cool under the lids.
Drain this water and boil it again with lemon juice and sugar.
Pour it back and roll up the compote for the winter.
