Usually, before baking, the chops are lightly fried in a frying pan. This is not necessary if you cook a thick batter and preheat the oven well. And to make the dish sufficiently baked, cut into pieces no more than 2 centimeters thick.

Wash the turkey, dry it and cut it into plates 1.5-2 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat off with a hammer on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Beat eggs with salt, ground pepper and flour. The batter should be thick.
Mash the corn flakes with a rolling pin to the state of crumbs.
Add paprika, stir and pour on a wide plate.
Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll out in breadcrumbs.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and send them to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.
