I cook omelets almost every morning. If the day is going to be difficult, I choose better options. The easiest way is to add mushrooms and onions. They should be pre-fried, and then pour a mixture of eggs, cream and spices.
Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces
- Champignons (small) – 100 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Nutmeg - to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 20 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop the champignons and peeled onions.
Mix eggs with salt, ground pepper, nutmeg and cream. It is not necessary to beat, mix well enough.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat it well.
Add the onion and fry until transparent.
Add the champignons and continue cooking for 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour in the egg mixture and cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Turn down the heat, cover and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes.
The finished omelet can be sprinkled with chopped herbs.
