Few people can resist baked ribs. I suggest cooking them in a sweet sauce today. Thanks to orange juice, the meat softens quickly, and honey and sugar form a beautiful caramel crust on the surface.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash pork ribs, dry with a paper towel, peel off the films and cut.
Rub thoroughly with salt and bay leaf, set aside for 15 minutes.
Squeeze the juice out of the orange, add honey, butter, sugar and mustard.
Mix the ribs with the resulting marinade and cover with cling film for 1 hour.
Place the ribs on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake in a preheated 230 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 200 degrees, brush each rib with the remaining sauce and cook for 15 minutes.
Turn the ribs over again, grease and bake for another 15 minutes.
Put the finished ribs on a wooden board or a beautiful plate.
