Lately I've been cooking chops in the oven more and more often. It's much easier this way, and the dish turns out to be tastier. Don't you believe it? Try this simple recipe! The chops are lightly fried in a frying pan, and then baked in the oven until cooked.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Paprika - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a plate, season with salt and pepper.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, paprika and ground pepper.
Add flour and mix until smooth.
Put the breadcrumbs on a separate plate.
Dip the chops in the batter, and then roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry in a well-heated frying pan with oil for 2 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
