A spicy snack with a funny name is made from different vegetables. I like the standard version of the "Mother-in-law's tongue" of eggplant. Hot pepper and garlic should be added, focusing solely on their taste preferences.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplants and soak them in salt water for 20 minutes.

Drain the water, put the vegetables on a board and thoroughly soak with a paper towel.

Fry the eggplants in oil until golden brown on both sides.

Mince tomatoes, hot peppers, peeled garlic and bell pepper.

Add suneli hops, sugar and salt. Boil for 10 minutes.

Add the fried eggplant and cook for another 7-10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, remove from the heat and close in the prepared jars.
