I once found out this recipe from a neighbor. She always has very tasty preparations for the winter. It turned out that cooking Borage salad is very simple. And you can even use old and overgrown vegetables. Peel them or cook them together with the peel, decide for yourself.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 2 kg
- Bell pepper - 500 g
- Tomatoes - 1 kg
- Garlic - 100 g
- Vegetable oil - 120 ml
- Vinegar - 60 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut cucumbers into thick circles.
Mince tomatoes, peeled garlic and bell pepper.
Mix the resulting mass with sugar, salt and butter.
Boil for 5 minutes, add cucumbers and cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and remove from the stove.
Arrange the salad in clean, dry jars and roll up.
