Ingredients
- Cherries (white) – 1 kg
- Sugar - 800 g
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.
Pour the syrup over the cherries and let them cool completely.
Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Cool again.
Repeat the previous step 2-3 more times, according to consistency.
After the last cooking, roll the hot jam into sterile jars.
