Ingredients
- Irga - 800 g
- Sugar - 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grind the irga with a blender and mix with sugar.
Leave the blank for a couple of hours.
Bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
Let cool and boil for another 5 minutes.
Pour the jelly into sterilized jars.
