I like to experiment with preparations for the first and second courses, because it saves a lot of time in the future. I have already tried to roll different refills into cans, and this recipe for kharcho turned out to be one of the most successful. So I'm sharing it with you.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes - 2 kg
- Fig - 50 g
- Onion - 500 g
- Walnuts - 100 g
- Plums (sour) – 200 g
- Garlic - 100 g
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Hops-suneli - 1 tbsp.l.
- Sugar - 2 art.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 3 art.l.
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Allspice - 6 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the tomatoes and chop them with a blender.
Finely chop the onion, fry in oil and add suneli hops and chopped hot pepper.
Boil the plums for 10 minutes and rub through a sieve.
Mix everything together, bring to a boil and boil almost twice over low heat.
Add sugar, salt, pepper, lavrushka and washed rice.
After another 20 minutes, add the chopped nuts, cilantro and garlic.
After another 15 minutes, add the vinegar.
Roll up the grub in sterilized jars for the winter.
