Ingredients
- Grapes (isabella) – 350 g
- Sugar - 250 g
- Water - 2.5 l
- Cinnamon - 1 wand
- Star anise - 1 asterisk
- Carnation - 2 buds
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick the grapes and cut them off from the twigs.
Put it in a sterile jar along with spices.
Pour boiling water and leave under the lid for 10-15 minutes.
Drain this water and boil it again.
Pour sugar into the jar, pour the same boiling water and roll up the compote.
