- Chokeberry - 2 kg
- Apples - 1 kg
- Sugar - 1,5 kg

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apples, peel the seeds and cut into small pieces.
Wash the berries of the chokeberry under running water.
Chop apples and chokeberry in a blender.
Add half the sugar and simmer for 20 minutes.
Grind the mass with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add the remaining sugar and cook for another 20 minutes.
Add citric acid and turn off the heat after 10 minutes.
