Ingredients
- Beetroot - 2 pieces
- Beans - 1 glass
- Water - 100 ml
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.l .
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Sugar - 1.5 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1.5 tsp.
- Vinegar - 30 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak the beans overnight and boil until tender.
Grate the beets on a coarse grater.
Put everything in a saucepan, except vinegar, and simmer for 25 minutes under the lid.
Pour in the vinegar and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Roll up the beetroot in sterile jars.
