Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the apples into slices, and the lemons into circles.
Put in clean jars and pour boiling water.
Leave for 20 minutes under the lid and then drain this water into a saucepan.
Add sugar to it and bring it to a boil again.
Put mint in jars, pour boiling syrup and roll up the compote.
