A little free time and imagination - and now the usual vinaigrette turns into an exquisite treat! At the same time, the classic set of products does not change, and the crispy pickled onion gives the vinaigrette piquancy and original taste.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel boiled beets, potatoes and carrots. Peel the onion from the husk.

Cut the onion into thin half rings and put it in a small deep bowl.

Add salt, vegetable oil, vinegar, ground pepper and coriander to the onion. Stir and leave to marinate under the lid for 15 minutes.

Cut beets, carrots, potatoes and pickles into small cubes. Put everything in a deep bowl.

Add the pickled onion, salt and vegetable oil. Gently mix the salad with a spoon, trying not to crush the vegetables.

Put the vinaigrette on a serving plate, you can decorate with herbs to taste.
