- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pour the gooseberries into a sterile jar and pour boiling water over them.
Leave for 10 minutes under the lid.
Drain this water and boil it again with sugar.
Pour in the gooseberries and roll up the compote for the winter.
