In autumn, the stalls of markets and shops are littered with useful cranberries. Many housewives freeze it, boil it and even dry it. I prefer to cook cranberries with honey. No heat treatment and additives, only natural products!
Ingredients
- Cranberries - 1 kg
- Honey (liquid) – 1 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the cranberries under running water and put them on a paper towel to dry.
Place the cranberries in a large bowl and pour over the liquid honey.
Puree the berries with an immersion blender.
Spread the resulting mass into sterilized jars, close the lids tightly and store it in a dark, cool place.
