- Apricots - 2 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
- Citric acid - 2 g
- Water - 6 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the apricots and place them in prepared jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and set aside for 30 minutes.
Drain the water into a saucepan, add sugar and boil for 3 minutes.
Pour citric acid into jars of apricots.
Pour in the boiling syrup, roll it up, turn it upside down and wrap it up for a day with a warm blanket.
