Vegetable pickles are much tastier if you roll several vegetables into one jar at once. And the feast only benefits from such a variety. I share a rather unusual option – squash with cabbage.

Ingredients

  • Patisson - 500 g
  • Cabbage - 500 g
  • Water - 1 l
  • Vinegar - 1 glass
  • Salt - 60 g
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Vegetable oil - 150 g

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Arbitrarily cut the squash and cabbage - how many will go into the jar.

Boil them for 5 minutes in boiling water, rinse with cold water and put them in a sterile jar.

Boil a liter of water with sugar, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. Add spices as desired.

Boil the marinade for 5 minutes, pour in the vegetables and roll up for the winter.
