Ingredients
- Peaches - 5-6 pieces
- Sugar - 250 g
- Citric acid - 0.5 tsp.
- Water - 2.5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Put the whole peaches in a sterile jar.
Pour boiling water, cover and let cool.
Drain this water, add sugar to it and boil it again.
Add citric acid and pour it back into the jar.
Roll up the compote for the winter.
