Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the zucchini and cut into small pieces.
Wash the oranges with boiling water and dry thoroughly with a paper towel.
Remove 1 tbsp.l. zest, peel oranges, white films and cut.
Pour the zucchini and oranges into the pan. Add the zest, cover with sugar and leave for 2-3 hours.
Put the pan on low heat, boil for 2 minutes and set aside for 1 hour.
Bring the mass to a boil again, pour in lemon juice and boil for 2 minutes.
Spread out in sterilized jars and roll up.
