Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil the honeydew for 15 minutes in boiling water. Chop the vegetables.
Fry the onion and carrot in oil until soft. Add the cabbage and simmer for half an hour.
Add the rest of the ingredients except vinegar. Simmer for another half hour.
Pour in the vinegar and roll the hodgepodge into sterilized jars.
