Korean zucchini and cucumber salad for winter

Everything is clear with Korean carrots, but in fact, you can cook a wide variety of vegetables on the same principle. Yes, and not just for once, but for the whole winter. I tell you how to make zucchini with cucumbers in Korean and how best to roll them into jars.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Zucchini - 1 kg
- Garlic - 1 head
- Hot red pepper - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 1 bundle
- Olive oil - 100 ml
- Vinegar - 100 ml
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Spices and seasonings (Korean) – 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop garlic, pepper and cilantro. Grate cucumbers and zucchini on a Korean grater or thinly slice.
Mix all the ingredients and leave the workpiece for about 4 hours.
Place the vegetables tightly in sterilized jars and sterilize for another 15 minutes.
Roll up the billet for the winter.
