Among the variety of desserts, many prefer jelly. It can be prepared from any fruits and berries. Today I want to share with you a recipe for apple jelly. If desired, supplement it with fragrant cinnamon or vanilla.
Ingredients
For Jelly:
- Apples - 3 kg
- Sugar - 1,2 kg
- Water - 2 l
For gelatin:
- Gelatin - 25 g
- Water (boiled) – 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the gelatin with water and put it aside for 15 minutes.
Peel the apples, cut into quarters and peel the seeds.
Place the apple slices in a saucepan, cover with water and boil for 15 minutes.
Grind the resulting mass with an immersion blender to a state of uniformity.
Add sugar and boil for 15 minutes over low heat.
Remove the pan from the stove, add the gelatin blank and mix.
Arrange the jelly in sterilized jars, roll it up and turn it upside down.
