If I undertake to make jelly from red currants, I always make it without seeds. Moreover, it is not so difficult to get rid of them. Simply rub the boiled berries through a sieve. I recommend doing this with a wooden spoon.

Ingredients

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the red currants in a saucepan, cover with sugar and leave for 3 hours.

Put the pan on low heat and boil for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat, cool slightly and rub through a sieve.

Boil the resulting jelly for 1 minute, put it in jars and roll it up.
