It can be difficult to find anything other than sprats and sardines in stores. And what is there is not always pleasing in taste and composition. That's why I prefer to cook canned fish on my own. For example, here is a recipe from carp – not fast, but very easy.
Ingredients
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the carp and cut into portions.
Put pepper and bay leaf on the bottom of clean jars.
Lay the fish tightly, alternating with layers of chopped onion feathers.
Add more spices and pour in hot water.
Cover the jars with foil and put them in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
To prevent the jars from bursting, put them in a still cold oven.
Roll up canned food for the winter with sterile lids.
