Fish in tomato sauce can be not only delicious, but also useful. To do this, it is enough to cook it at home yourself – from good products and without questionable additives. I share an excellent proven recipe.
Ingredients
- Fish - 500 g
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp.l.
- Water - 100 ml
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Bay leaf - 1 piece
- Allspice - 3 peas
- Black Pepper - 3 peas
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Gut the fish and cut into pieces.
Mix the tomato and water, and pour over the fish.
Send this to a sterile jar with all the spices and oil.
Cover the jar with foil and put it in a cold oven.
Cook the canned food for 6-7 hours at 120 degrees, and then roll it up.
